10 Things Ethan and Jed can do in less than 10 minutes...

1. Change out of their play clothes and into Ethan's boxer shorts.
2. Take off their flip-flops (did they ever have them on?).
3. Inhale practically a whole bag of tortilla chips.
4. Turn an orange Home Depot bucket into a bubble bath.
5. Empty almost a whole bottle of hand soap.
6. Fill up a kiddie pool with buckets of hot water from the
kitchen sink.
7. Do a "Staying Alive" victory dance!
8. Take Ethan's dad's treasured Disneyland cup to the backyard.
9. Fold a bunch of paper airplanes and get them soaking wet all over the yard.
10. Last but not least, relieve themselves in the blue kiddie pool and then swim in it!

Do these faces not say GUILTY all over them!

CLEAN WINDOWS ARE OVERRATED

Ethan's dad spent a lot of time washing our sliding glass windows, just to find out that Ethan and Jed were obviously not satisfied with his work.
(the windows were the cleanest they've been since we moved in)

This is what I found when I went to see what they were up to...

A MOP?

Who uses a mop to wash a window?

Ethan was visibly taking this work very seriously.

Jed on the other hand, was getting some major air!

All work and no play, yeah right!!

I am so relieved that they were not able to get the pressure washer going. That would have been a catastrophe in itself! Instead, they turned them into their personal weapons. I'm sure they will figure out how to get it working soon...

All I can say is....

WATCH OUT when they do!!

"PINK IS THE NEW BLACK"

Housework is a such a bore, so I decided to get some sun and see what the kids were up to....

This is what I came upon....

Ethan and Jed had somehow talked the neighbor into letting them ride their granddaughters PINK jeep.

The expression on Ethan's face says just how he feels about this...

He tells everyone he meets that "pink is the new black!".

Now if you look real close you can find Jed...

The expression on Jed's face says exactly how he feels about Ethan getting "the first ride".

Ethan isn't so happy anymore, can you guess why...

YOU GOT IT!

Jed got the ride... Jed got to do cool tricks...

And Jed got the girl!...
I guess pink really is the new black!!

At only 4 and 5 years old the whole idea of "my ride is better than yours", has just begun... so sad isn't it! Their testosterone levels are still so low, how will they ever go back now?
